Dave spent the last 15 years working on Democratic campaigns across the country. After starting his career as a Finance Director on several Congressional campaigns, Dave served as Campaign Manager to 2 winning U.S. House Races, Senator Jeff Merkley's re-election, and Rep. Tim Ryan's well-regarded Senate race. He has raised and managed over $150 million dollars and pioneered new fundraising tactics at all levels of campaigns. He lives in Minneapolis, MN with his wife, Mara, and their dog, Ace.

Rachel has worked as a fundraiser since 2018 on some of the most competitive races in the country, including Sen. Adam Schiff's Senate campaign and Rep. Derek Tran's nationally watched Red to Blue flip, one of the tightest victories of the 2024 cycle. She now channels that experience into helping campaigns and causes build the grassroots resources they need to succeed. Outside of work, you'll find her outdoors, crafting, or catching live music. Rachel is based in Los Angeles, CA.

Nona has been with Blue Action since 2020 and has been the Operations Director since 2025. She lives in Chicago and enjoys gardening, reading, and live music.

Gracie began her career with experience in both Congressional and legislative settings, building a strong foundation in public service and political strategy. She now leads innovative digital outreach and fundraising efforts that power Democratic efforts nationwide. Outside of work, she enjoys interior decorating, baking, and spending time with her dog. She lives in East Tennessee with her pup, Tobi.

Jonathan brings over a decade of experience in higher education and political fundraising. He became a leading grassroots fundraiser through innovative use of social media, and became a top grassroots fundraiser nationally for the Biden for President and 2020 Warnock Senate campaigns. He later served as Digital Fundraising Director for the Demings and Schiff Senate campaigns, helping raise more than $70 million. Jonathan lives in Los Angeles and enjoys cooking, exploring coffee shops, and attending EDM shows.

Neil brings a sharp analytical background from a decade-plus as a lead BI developer in healthcare where he turned complex clinical data into clear visuals and actionable metrics. His instinct for making data make sense now powers the team's targeting and performance tracking. Neil lives in Michigan. Random Midwesterner Fact: Neil has gotten a hole in one and has bowled a perfect game.

Kaito is an SMS Strategist at Blue Action managing text rentals for political and nonprofit clients. He got his start in county politics and has worked a variety of roles, including call time fundraising and direct mail prior to joining Blue Action. Kaito lives in Arizona with his partner and their three dogs, Peanut, Winnie, and Ollie.

Anna began her political career as a legislative intern for Senator Sherrod Brown before heading into the field as an organizer for both the Ohio Democratic Party coordinated campaign and the 2025 Virginia coordinated campaign, talking to thousands of voters across the country. She now serves as an SMS Strategist at Blue Action, helping campaigns and organizations run high-performing text programs. Anna graduated from The Ohio State University in 2024. She loves to read, cook, and watch sports (especially the Buckeyes!).

Joel brings a rare combination of policy fluency, campaign experience, and data chops to his work as an SMS and Data Strategist at Blue Action, where he collaborates across both teams to strengthen digital fundraising efforts for Democratic campaigns nationwide. Joel graduated from American University in 2025 with dual degrees in International Studies and Data Science. He lives in Washington, DC, where outside of work he enjoys playing rugby and exploring old cinema.
